Quick helpful Tip
Since I was losing enough hair to make a small wig for a couple months, I have some drain-saving tips. First, in my opinion, Drano works the best at unclogging drains. Second, buy one of those hair strainer things. Here’s the link on Amazon, but I got one at the Dollar Store!! http://www.amazon.com/Evriholder-Hair-Stopper-Bath-Strainer/dp/B003B02L2G Anyone have better luck with a different strainer?

7 weeks PP
I’ll be 7 weeks PP tomorrow. This is my 2nd child and this pregnancy was tougher than my first. It made my anxiety attacks more known and it took a toll on my body. Labor was alot quicker tho. I guess i just have concerns or just to see others experiences. I am still sore in the inside while being intimate with my bf. Is this normal? 3 weeks pp i went to the hospital die to seeing something hanging out down there. I apparently had some type of after birth caught in my cervix so they pulled it out. But everything seemed fine as i didn’t get an an infection. My doc didn’t check me at my 4 week pp appt which i thought they do but i guess not. When do our hormones stay to level out? I’ve had some weird anxiety attacks and i also experience a lot of sweating moments when I’m just sitting here. I know it has to be my hormones trying to very back to normal. Guess i would just like to know how others are around this time. Thank you

Who should be asking new mom's about post partum depression?
Here is a great article about how many women with post partum depression are “falling though the cracks”. Did your OB ask you about symptoms of depression or anxiety? Did your child’s pediatrician? Who would you be more comfortable talking to? http://parenting.blogs.nytimes.com/2013/07/17/who-will-screen-for-postpartum-depression/?

Eye-opening article about postpartum/prenatal depression
A wonderful article was written in the NY Times highlighting how postpartum depression can certainly show up before a woman even delivers. It also discusses that their may be many more symptoms than depression: anxiety, OCD tendencies, etc. A really great read with very sad personal stories that put faces to this very common complication of pregnancy: http://nyti.ms/1kYtiL1 If you have any of these symptoms, please know you are not alone and reach out for help!
