Pregnancy is not for working people!
I am a professional in the pediatric health care field and pregnant for the first time, 7 weeks now. (Oh, and I’m 39 y.o) I am soooooo exhausted, mentally and physically. I know I’m very lucky that she doesn’t have to go to daycare, that my mom can take care of her. But I still get that pang when my daughter bumps her head or rubs her sleepy eyes and reaches for Nana. Any way to banish those feelings? I guess I’m just looking for reinforcement that I’m still important! Anyone else feel like that?
Thanks guys! Glad to know I’m not alone. 🙂 -
