Few women really understand the birds and the bees, study finds

A new study has showed that very few women in the U.S. know key details about getting pregnant, good preconception care, etc. In this study, only 10% of women knew when they were most likely to get pregnant! Others believed in myths such as propping a pillow under your bottom to help conceive. Interesting read!

  1. So interesting, and I’ll admit the pregnancy window was something I’ve looked up before. Although I recommend reading the article when you have time, I’ll give you a preview with this nugget: “The peak window of fertility is the two days before you ovulate,” Illuzzi says. “It’s probably good to have sex on both days. Some doctors tell couples to have sex every other day, but then they might miss their fertile window.”
