New Year's Parenting Resolutions

New Year’s resolutions…. I always spend time meditating and reflecting on the year- my career, my marriage, and now that I’m a Mom, the kind of parent I’ve been. Each year I pick one big thing to work on. This year I’m committing to reducing my own “screen time” from 5-8PM. I am so tempted to check my emails on my phone, even when nothing particularly earth-shattering is going on at work, that it sometimes affects the quality of time I spend with my daughter during my favorite part of the day.
