School lunches…here we go!

Mamas! Please help! I need some non-sandwich ideas for easy school lunches. My kids gets bored so quickly!

  2. How about savory pancakes?! You just add chopped pre-cooked veggies, shredded cheese or other protein to pancake batter. It’s like a savory French crepe, but with an American twist!

  3. How about a pasta salad? you could use their favorite pasta and add corn kernels, edamame, carrots, bell peppers, peas … toss with some olive oil, to keep the noodles from sticking, and grated Parmesan cheese. This is great cold and keeps well in a lunch box.

  4. Some other ideas that we like are boiled eggs, mini burritos or quesadillas stuffed with vegetables or quinoa patties. Our son loves quinoa patties. The recipe that we use comes from the blog 101 cookbooks. They are easy to make and are great nutritional meal that pack well for lunch.
