World’s toughest job and what ultrasounds really look like: the best in parenting this week
What’s new in parenting this week? How mamas really get naughty, kids really do grow up fast, and babies who really love their daddies.
1. I have a dirty little secret (and you do, too)
I don’t want to spoil what the secret is, but let’s just say that I’m SO guilty.
2. World’s toughest job
Would you take a job that offers no pay, no breaks and long hours around the clock? This video went viral this week because its surprise is dead on. While some people are upset with the message, I thought it was a positive one.
3. They really do grow up so fast
A dad films his daughter daily from birth to age 14… The montage just might make you ugly cry as you think about your own kids and how fast the time passes.
4. If my postpartum boobs could talk…
Not that I can relate or anything, but Bundoo blogger Deva Dalporto nails it with her perspective of the mommy bosom.
5. Daddy’s home
These babies cannot contain their excitement.
6. Things that ultrasound pictures actually look like
When it’s your own ultrasound, those images are the most precious things you’ve ever seen… But have you ever thought other people’s looked a little bizarre? Buzzfeed’s comparisons of ultrasounds to real-life “things” are pretty hilarious.
7. Fun Easter ideas
Looking for recipes, crafts and activities to make Easter fun for your little ones? We’ve rounded up our favorites on Pinterest.
8. Losing track of toddlers
Mamas and daddies of toddlers: you really will miss the constant unexpected hilarity.
9. Frozen-themed lunches
I’ve seen a few Frozen lunchbox ideas this week. Talk about making lunch “cool.” (Couldn’t help myself.)

I can totally relate to Daddy’s Home (#5). With a 3 year old, 9 month old, and 2 dogs my house goes crazy when Daddy comes home from work. It is the highlight of their day. I wish I got that reaction when I came home from an outing-lol! 🙂
Isn’t that the truth. 🙂
