Note to self, do not try castor oil! But if walking helps in any way I might try that!
Yes, if there is one method to avoid I would say the castor oil – those side effects are not pleasant!
Nothing helped mine all induced
I’ve heard of castor oil, sex, and many other things to spews things up. Baby will come when he/she is ready.
Speed
Yes, unfortunately none of those methods are proven but some women definitely swear by them! I agree, babies make their appearance when they decide the time is right 🙂
I walked alot!!! That’s what helped me dilate quickly.
walking did it for me. After walking a bit my water broke, at night, with 2 of my babies.
