    1. Yes, if there is one method to avoid I would say the castor oil – those side effects are not pleasant!

  3. I’ve heard of castor oil, sex, and many other things to spews things up. Baby will come when he/she is ready.

      1. Yes, unfortunately none of those methods are proven but some women definitely swear by them! I agree, babies make their appearance when they decide the time is right 🙂

  5. walking did it for me. After walking a bit my water broke, at night, with 2 of my babies.
