Milk

Milk is a common allergen among young children but is usually outgrown.

Cow’s milk is one of the most common allergies that young children suffer from. Sheep’s and goat’s milk can also cause allergic reactions, along with soy milk in some cases. The allergy is usually triggered by milk proteins like whey. The good news is that young children often outgrow their milk allergy by the age of 3 but experts suggest avoiding milk altogether until then.
