Especially after a vaginal delivery, during which the stretching and weakening of pelvic muscles occurs, many new moms experience the leaking of gas, urine, or stool. These are all things she may not want her partner to experience too, especially in the bedroom. Try Kegel exercises that can help tighten pelvic and vaginal muscles. And give yourself time to fully heal if this is a concern.
