Baby development: Your 6 month old

Half a year!

Can your baby sit up on his or her own yet?

It’s nearly time for your baby’s six-month check-up, but what are the big things to look out for at this point? Most parental concerns at this stage focus on sleeping and feeding. For your doctor, it’s important to see that your baby is developing socially (babbling and giggling) and physically (able to sit up, which is crucial before starting solid foods).

Get more details about your baby’s upcoming check-up with Bundoo Pediatrician, Dr. Kristie Rivers.
