Starting to sleep coach can help your baby learn to fall asleep on his or her own. It’s a good idea to start the process at bedtime after a day of successful napping. No matter which method you choose, you can start gradually to make things gentler on baby. If things don’t seem to be working out too well after a few days, it’s OK to take a few days off before trying again with a different approach.
