Cara Barthelette, MS, CCC-SLP, is a speech-language pathologist at a pediatric therapy practice in Boca Raton, Florida. She provides therapy for children of all ages with a variety of difficulties, including speech and language delays, receptive and expressive language impairment, autism, apraxia, stuttering, auditory processing disorder, and articulation and phonological disorders.

Cara received her undergraduate degree from Furman University in Greenville, South Carolina, where she double majored in sociology and Spanish. During college, she enjoyed studying in Madrid, Spain, where she honed her Spanish-speaking skills. She received her master’s degree from Florida Atlantic University in Boca Raton, Florida, where she was Phi Kappa Phi and graduated with honors. She completed her clinical fellowship year at a pediatric therapy practice in Boca Raton and is certified by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association.

Cara enjoys educating parents about early language development and early intervention. She is also interested in autism research. Outside of speech therapy, Cara loves spending time with her husband and her sweet, energetic little girl.
